Howard Michael Burchfield, born January 11, 1960 in Elmhurst, Illinois. Died April 14, 2000 in Sarasota, Florida. Buried at High Butte Cemetery, McGrew, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. 

He was a former flight attendant, American Airlines; former volunteer worker, Northwestern Memorial Hospital Hospice Program, Chicago. Graduate of Lincoln Southeast High School; Taylor University, Upland, Ind.

Survivors: father, stepmother, one brother, two sisters, paternal grandmother, maternal grandmother, aunt, partner, numerous nieces and nephews, preceded in death by his mother, Peggy Burchfield.
